Buy Tickets OnLine O2 supports Twilight Summer Racing at Limerick Racecourse The 2005 Twilight Summer evening fixtures at Limerick Racecourse will once again feature top live acts playing as part of the programme.  Sponsored by O2, the phenomenal success of the 2004 schedule is set be repeated over 6 evenings. Gates open at 4pm with first race at 5.30pm, live music on stage from 8.30pm. In conjunction with local music guru, Mick Dolan, the entertainment starts on Friday evening 27 May with Mundy live on stage after racing, performing songs from his number one album “Raining Down Arrows”, which includes hits “July” and “Love & Confusion” The second Twilight racing fixture takes place on Friday 17 June with Ladies Night. Sponsored by Irwin Brothers Jewellers and Ann Summers, the evening will feature music by Meteor Award nominee Declan O’Rourke.   The richly talented Brian Kennedy headlines the evening national hunt fixture after racing on Friday 24 a week later. A variety of hospitality packages are available from the racecourse office, including the every popular BBQ and Panoramic Restaurant packages.  General admission tickets are available from Limerick Racecourse, Dolan’s Warehouse, Peter Clohessy’s Bar and Ticketmaster outlets nationwide.  Free buses will run each evening after racing to The SinBin nightclub on Howley’s Quay.  Regular bus service will run to and from Colbert Station before and after racing – price Euro 2.50 each way.
